Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 7 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
