Return Policy

What can be returned on Apollo?

Due to the nature of our marketplace, each seller and product will have their own return policy. Please review their return policy carefully on their Product page under the "Seller's Policy" tab before purchasing an item. If an item and seller offer a return policy, please use our Return and Exchange portal to seamlessly request a return for your product. An item that is no longer qualified for a return (i.e. beyond the return date) will be greyed out within the return portal to restrict returns that are outside the seller's policy.
