What can be returned on Apollo?
Due to the nature of our marketplace, each seller and product will have their own return policy. Please review their return policy carefully on their Product page under the "Seller's Policy" tab before purchasing an item. If an item and seller offer a return policy, please use our Return and Exchange portal to seamlessly request a return for your product. An item that is no longer qualified for a return (i.e. beyond the return date) will be greyed out within the return portal to restrict returns that are outside the seller's policy. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. Refund Policy
What can be refunded on Apollo?
Due to the nature of our marketplace, each seller and product will have their own refund policy. Please review their refund policy carefully on their Product page under the "Seller's Policy" tab before purchasing an item. If an item and seller offer a refund, please use our Return and Exchange portal to seamlessly request a refund for your product. An item that is no longer qualified for a refund (i.e. beyond the refund date) will be greyed out within the return portal to restrict refunds that are outside the seller's policy. For approved refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days of the product being received at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. Exchange Policy
What exchange process does Apollo offer?
Due to the nature of our marketplace, each seller and product will have their own exchange policy. Please review their exchange policy carefully on their Product page under the "Seller's Policy" tab before purchasing an item. If an item and seller offer an exchange, please use our Return and Exchange portal to seamlessly request an exchange for your product. An item that is no longer qualified for an exchange (i.e. beyond the exchange date) will be greyed out within the return portal to restrict exchanges that are outside the seller's policy. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. When processing an exchange, our returns portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large).
