We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: We are confident you will be happy with your Words with Boards® purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, please email support@apollolanding.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. The item(s) purchased will need to be in its original condition with packing slip. We accept returns for products that are damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Should you encounter either of these issues, please use the Return Portal to start the approval process. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. Please note that all Personalized Cutting Boards and other Personalized items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges: If you are not 100% satisfied, please email support@apollolanding.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. The item(s) purchased will need to be in its original condition with packing slip. We will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your original form of payment.
Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product as any damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be discarded. If the item being returned is due to no fault of Words with Boards® the return postage is the responsibility of the sender and should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the return Tracking Number until you receive your exchange or refund. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
