Directions (Regular Size – 3–4 servings):

1. Add 4-5 cups of room-temperature water to a pot.
   
2. Sprinkle in the vegetable portion of the pack and bring to a full boil.
   
3. Add the gnocchi and boil for 7-9 minutes.
   
4. Turn down to medium-low heat and whisk in the rest of the bag. The soup will thicken as it simmers for a few minutes.
   
5. Serve warm — perfect with crusty sourdough and a Caesar salad!

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 7 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 14 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
