Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 7 days of delivery. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 7 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement.
