As with our all of our a tail we could wag collars and leashes, we have backed our hand-woven designs with nylon webbing for strength and durability. We then added a side release buckle and a solid brass dee-ring.

The colorful, hand-woven fabrics tell the story of the hands who weave them. This is more than just a good-looking belt: it is a belt with a purpose of helping women who have struggled for decades in the midst of the turmoil. (Read a little about the women who lovingly create the patterns that we then bring to our shop in Auburn, NY, to create our belts, collars, leashes, and key fobs. They are really the creative ones. European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For items such as socks and undergarments, only unworn pairs may be returned, as worn items cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Refunds will be issued only for items returned in unworn, original condition. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

Handling fee: Seller does not currently charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
