Please use the Return Portal within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: All sales are final. We only accept returns for products that are damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Should you encounter either of these issues, please use the Return Portal to start the approval process. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges: Please use the Return Portal within 7 days of receipt to begin the exchange process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
