DELIVERY & SHIPPING
  • Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
  • Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
  • Canada delivery time - 7-10 days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Group 1: Made in the USA: All or virtually all aspects of a product were made in America, from its components and ingredients, all the way to its manufacturing and assembly.

Shipping & Return Policy

  • United States delivery time: 5-10 days
  • Canada/Mexico delivery time: Does not ship to Canada/Mexico
  • International delivery time: Does not ship internationally

Average shipping costs: $7.25 flat shipping

Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $75

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 14 days of the order. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: Returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt date. Products must be in the original, unopened, and unused condition. We do not refund original shipping costs and do not pay for return shipping costs for returns that were not due to any issues by Spiritex. Please use the Return Portal to start the approval process.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 14 days of the order. The replacement shipping costs are covered by the Seller, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Return costs are only applied for returns that were requested within 14 days and due to no error by Spiritex.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee, only the return shipping label fee for products being returned due to no error by Spiritex.

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
