What is your return policy?
Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 14 days of the order. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: Returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt date. Products must be in the original, unopened, and unused condition. We do not refund original shipping costs and do not pay for return shipping costs for returns that were not due to any issues by Spiritex. Please use the Return Portal to start the approval process.
Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 14 days of the order. The replacement shipping costs are covered by the Seller, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Return costs are only applied for returns that were requested within 14 days and due to no error by Spiritex.
Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee, only the return shipping label fee for products being returned due to no error by Spiritex.
Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
