What is your return policy?
Returns: If for any reason you decide to return an item, for mattresses you have up to 365 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. For pillows, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. You get a 100% refund on your mattress if you are not satisfied, no hidden fees or return shipping charges.
If after trying the Aslan GEL memory foam mattress for 50 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will begin the return process.
We don’t accept RMA requests until after a full 50 day trial. Measure your bed frame, foundation, platform, or adjustable bed to make sure you are ordering the correct size. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses.
Aslan reserves the right to not sell a mattress to a customer who has previously returned. Aslan reserves the right not to sell a mattress to anyone for any reason. One mattress return per customer. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
