DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Both the return shipping and replacement shipping costs are covered by the Seller. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Thank you for visiting Freedom Flag & Pole! We are a family-owned business located in beautiful Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Freedom Flag & Pole began in 1991 at the beginning of the Gulf War, with myself Tom Geary, wife Ann and our kids Katie, Amy, Jenny, Daniel, Mariena, Sean, and Peter.

As Americans we are proud of our heritage. The United States is unique in that our political order was established with the understanding that our government receives its powers from the consent of the people, and people receive their inalienable rights and freedoms from the hand of their Creator. Drawing upon this principle, we chose the name of our company; Freedom Flag & Pole LLC.

Over the years our kids have grown (imagine that!) and the business has grown along with them. I have largely passed the torch on to my son in-law, Nate, and my youngest son, Peter. They each have families of their own, enjoy working together, and continue to prioritize teaching the next generation the value of hard work and love of country in the way they operate the business.
