Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Both the return shipping and replacement shipping costs are covered by the Seller. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large).
