DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Because of this, each shipping and return policy will be mentioned under the Seller's Policy tab on the product page. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. Group 2: Made in America with Domestic and Foreign Components: Materials are made in the U.S. and also a foreign nation, with assembly and/or manufacturing occurring in the U.S.

United States delivery time: 3-7 days
Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: 5-10 days
Canada/Mexico delivery time: 5-10 days

Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $100

European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For items such as socks and undergarments, only unworn pairs may be returned, as worn items cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Refunds will be issued only for items returned in unworn, original condition. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Return costs are calculated at the time of the return

Handling fee: Seller does not currently charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Since 1950, we have been manufacturing dog collars, dog leashes, pet harnesses and toys in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Central New York State, USA. For three generations, our family members, along with our loyal staff of skilled craftspeople, have been ready to assist you with your stores’ needs.

You will appreciate the quality craftsmanship of our handcrafted products. We use only the finest full grain leathers and other materials. The majority of our employees have been with us for at least 5 years, so we feel that we know them like family.

They pull together to get the job done. They have each other’s backs, at work and in their personal lives.

From time to time, we have had the pleasure of working with our local persons with disabilities organizations. What a treat to see their smiling faces as they help with things like thread trimming and similar light assembly work.

We have former military currently working with us and we have watched a number of our young people move on to the military. Nothing makes us more proud than when they stop by the shop when they are home on leave.

We have had the honor of working with a number of people who were trying to get their lives back together after difficult or challenging times. We have watched them overcome their obstacles. We couldn’t be more proud.
