DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Customer is in charge of return shipping costs for standard returns

Splash Place Swim Goggles are assembled in the USA! We are a family business located in Arizona.

Splash Place Swim Goggles were first created out of frustration! As a busy mom Ashley was tired of all the broken straps, pulled hair and constantly adjusting goggles! In 2017 we officially launched Splash Place Swim Goggles! We are happy to say our goggles are patented!

We are honored to have appeared on ABC Shark Tank season 15 and get a deal with Lori Greiner!

We are proud to be able to work with and support local women in our community.

The support and love for our goggles has been amazing! We are so thankful and blessed by all the local women we work with to assemble our goggles and to all our amazing customers and retailers!
