Marketplace Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
  • Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
  • Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
  • Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
  • International delivery time - 7-14 business days
SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Because of this, each shipping and return policy will be mentioned under the Seller's Policy tab on the product page. Group 2: Made in America with Domestic and Foreign Components: Materials are made in the U.S. and also a foreign nation, with assembly and/or manufacturing occurring in the U.S.

Shipping & Return Policy

  • United States delivery time: 2-5 days
  • Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: Does not ship to these regions
  • Canada/Mexico delivery time: Does not ship to Canada; Does not ship to Mexico
  • International delivery time: Does not ship internationally

Average shipping costs: $9 flat shipping

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Both the return shipping and replacement shipping costs are covered by the Seller. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Customer is in charge of return shipping costs

Handling fee: Seller does not currently charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The story of Marc Nelson Denim starts with “What goes into making a pair of jeans?”

The easiest answer would be a few yards of denim, thread, rivets, buttons, and a zipper. However, Marc Nelson Denim knows better than that. We understand that there is more to “just a pair of jeans,” and that the answer to the question is not so simple.

Marc Nelson Denim is a small-batch craft denim brand centered on the experience of each customer who wears our denim.

We size, mark, cut and sew each pair to achieve modern-day rarities of ideal fit and the handmade craft. With a love for the rare, each batch is limited and uniquely its own. We create no more than 214 of each specific style to ensure customers receive a truly exclusive product.

Marc Nelson Denim was founded by Marcus Hall, who grew up near the old Levi’s factory on Cherry Street in Knoxville, TN, where his family and friends were once employed. Denim has long been a fabric that not only helped shaped his life, but also the lives of those around him.

With a desire to restore jobs lost in the off-shoring of the American Denim industry, Hall and the MND team has a vision for instilling the same sense of pride Knoxville once felt. Denim is not only this country’s pant of choice, it is the very fabric of America. Our mission is to celebrate the eclectic heritage of denim and the craftsmen who came before us.
