- United States delivery time: 7-14 days (3-6 weeks for custom work)
- Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: 2-4 weeks (4-8 weeks for custom work)
- Canada/Mexico delivery time: 2-4 weeks (4-8 weeks for custom work)
- International delivery time: 2-4 weeks (4-8 weeks for custom work)

Free Shipping: Does not offer free shipping
European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.
Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging
Return costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Handling fee: Seller does not currently charge a handling fee
Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
