Damages/issues: When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction. In the event it was found that the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the reshipping costs of a new product. Simply dispose of the damaged or incorrectly shipped product and a replacement item will be sent.

Returns: The return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you do request a return within that time frame, the product needs to be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Exchanges: We only provide exchanges for apparel. We do not accept exchanges for catnip products. Exchanges must be requested within the 10 day policy timeframe. You will be charged for returning the original product and shipping the new product.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged, incorrectly shipped product, or items that were requested to be returned and approved within the 10 day policy timeline.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for refunds. For order scenarios that fall under our policy, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
