SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship the original item back to the Seller, but the Seller ships a new product for free. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 14 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement.
