Marketplace Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
  • Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
  • Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
  • Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
  • International delivery time - 7-14 business days
SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Because of this, each shipping and return policy will be mentioned under the Seller's Policy tab on the product page. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. Group 2: Made in America with Domestic and Foreign Components: Materials are made in the U.S. and also a foreign nation, with assembly and/or manufacturing occurring in the U.S.

Shipping & Return Policy

  • United States delivery time: 3-5 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: 5-10 business days
  • Canada/Mexico delivery time: 5-10 business days
  • International delivery time: 7-14 business days

Free Shipping: Does not offer free shipping

European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Return costs are calculated at the time of the return

Handling fee: Seller does not currently charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I love words, quotes, art, people, connecting, traveling, reading, creating, and mostly I love to give.



At 22, I traveled, found amazing goods and met artists all over the world. I brought back art from these artists and opened a boutique. I sold imported and local goods, and I was always in search of anything that inspired people. I noticed people were in search of meaningful and uplifting gifts; my retail shop was the perfect place for me to create products and see how people responded.

My first product was the Millennium Angel, and with great success I saw that something small can be very impactful to someone and I was thrilled! A few years after the Millennium Angel was the creation of Blessing Rings. For over 11 years Blessing Rings have been touching lives and I have had the great privilege to hear these stories personally. When customers call to share how receiving a Blessing Ring meant so much to them, I truly feel like I am accomplishing in life what I was intended to do. I get a huge rush anytime I place a Blessing Ring in the hand of someone I care for, appreciate or respect, and tell them that they have made a difference in my life. When I have a chance to tell people how important they are, I go for it.

I had my shop, Handle with Care, for over 15 years; these were very happy times for me. I went from running a retail shop to creating a full collection of accessories that I now sell to retailers across the globe. I do what I love, it thrills me to know I can be the artist I am, and create heartfelt objects people want to wear or gift.

When I am not designing for Whitney Howard I am also an Eco-Pop artist (I turn cereal boxes into art!), I’m a wanna be chef, a leader of a local Green Team and Mom.

I'm inspired by the outdoors, people, art. I love acting, mentoring, hiking, trying new things, extreme adventures, and most especially, my family.



Before launching Whitney Howard Designs I was an actor who had the privilege to be in such independent films as Rancho Cucamonga, Slaves of Hollywood and the TV series Wind on Water. After acting, I was a CEO for a cool up-and-coming firm in L.A. and soon after launched Whitney Howard Designs. As a business man I saw the potential of Whitney’s designs being sold on a larger scale. It has been an extraordinary journey starting WHD. I enjoy collaborating with organizations to create custom accessories that help bring awareness to their brand; this continues to be a rewarding experience.

When I am not in the studio spin casting our hand-crafted accessories, I am out with friends and family loving what life has to offer. I enjoy giving back to organizations like Summit for Someone, volunteering at my children’s school or mentoring kids in their Venturing Programs.

I have climbed many peaks and I seek more. My bucket list includes Mt. Everest, John Muir Trail, and Camino De Santiago to name a few. When I am not with my family, I'm most happy amongst the trees and nature.
