European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of the order. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com immediately. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of purchase to request a free return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

About Perplexing Puzzles!

Perplexing Puzzles started as an idea in my head during the fall 2019 as a gift idea for my spouse, Jill, who is an avid Puzzler. Working in a local maker space I discovered that the process was much harder than initially expected and my Christmas idea turned to Valentine's Day before my first suitable puzzle was created.

As it turns out, creating puzzles is as satisfying as solving them and so I continued to slowly grow the collection.  By spring of 2020 I had completed five puzzles and had opened an Etsy store when Covid hit. The next two years were a blur of time as I focused full time working with a company manufacturing Covid response supplies.  Perplexing Puzzles was put on hold until winter 2022.

After a move to North Carolina, we restarted Perplexing Puzzles in the spring of 2023 with new and more puzzles, brand new equipment and a new studio.  Jill has become an active participant in the business, and we are ready to go forward and challenge Puzzlers with delightful and entertaining puzzles of all skill levels.
