DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 60 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: You have up to 60 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 60 days of the order. The return label cost will be charged to the original payment method. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: The return costs are deducted from the refund amount for standard returns while the exchange costs are charged to the original payment method.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

About the Seller

Founded in a public library and now operating out of a suburban garage, Arotags is a perfect example of The American Dream. I started this company to solve a problem that I was having and maybe you are too. I found myself constantly spending money on those cheap paper tree air fresheners and just days later I was throwing them away as soon as their overpowering scent disappeared. Not only did I feel this was a waste of my money but also of paper and other resources. Since Day One my mission was to create a longer lasting, better looking, and less wasteful air freshener system.

With my promise to always keep manufacturing and sourcing in the United States, I hope to one day create new American jobs and continue supporting my local suppliers (Fragrance Oils - Wilmington, Ohio; Hardwoods - Middlefield, Ohio.)
