Our Deluxe Wooden Croquet Set is made in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania by Amish Craftsmen. Each Croquet Set contains 8 hardwood Maple wood mallets which are lathe-turned and hand painted in sectioned rings with matching colors to their corresponding balls. Two brass rings adorn each end of the mallet head for added durability. The two hardwood stakes are lathe-turned with multicolored sections. The nine 5/32" diameter vinyl-coated, metal wickets are very substantial and will not easily bend. The 8 balls are made from a plastic polymer and are 3-5/16" in diameter and weigh 10.5 ounces each. We offer our Deluxe Croquet sets with 3 mallet handle length options: The 28" handles (great for youth up to medium-height adults), the best-selling 32" handles (perfect for medium height up to tall adults), or 4 each of the 28" and 32" handles (what we normally recommend for the widest range of players). The Deluxe Croquet set comes complete with a sturdy duffel carry bag for easy portability. We offer a 5 Year Warranty on all the parts of the croquet set and will replace them at no charge if they are broken or damaged within 5 years of purchase.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 45 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 45 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
