DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of the order. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Products must be in the original and unused condition. We do not refund original shipping costs and do not pay for return shipping costs for returns that were not due to any issues by BrilliantK9. Custom patches are non-refundable, but BrilliantK9 will make any changes to address errors or quality problems. Please use the Return Portal to start the approval process.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item or have alterations made to your custom harness due to sizing issues, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of the order. Both the return and replacement shipping costs are covered by the Seller for harnesses needing additional alterations. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Return costs are only applied for returns that were requested within 30 days and due to no error by BrilliantK9.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee.

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

HISTORY OF THE BRILLIANTK9 HARNESSES

As lifelong dog enthusiasts who have owned and trained rescue dogs of all shapes and sizes, we found a need for an effective, better designed, higher quality, product that promotes the health and safety of the dog. Whether they are top performance dogs, or just your best friend lying on the couch beside you, they deserve a harness that functions properly.

Dissatisfied with existing dog walking equipment, we consulted veterinarians, veterinary chiropractors, canine massage therapists, rehabilitation specialists, professional dog trainers, and our friends in the dog community as to what would be a more effective and ergonomic dog walking tool.

Based on our fact finding, we set out to design a harness that was ergonomically superior to anything on the market and that would not encourage the dog’s natural opposition reflex to drive their head down and pull. It also was designed to allow the dog to run, sit, swim, play, and compete in sporting events with comfort and without restraint of natural movement.
