Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 5 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. Returns: You have up to 5 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 5 days of delivery. The return label cost will be charged to the original payment method. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: The return costs are deducted from the refund amount for standard returns while the exchange costs are charged to the original payment method.
