DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. Returns: You have up to 5 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 5 days of delivery. The return label cost will be charged to the original payment method. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: The return costs are deducted from the refund amount for standard returns while the exchange costs are charged to the original payment method.
