Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Both the return shipping and replacement shipping costs are covered by the Seller. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large).
