Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 15 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 15 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
