Marketplace Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Because of this, each shipping and return policy will be mentioned under the Seller's Policy tab on the product page. Unless specifically stated under the Seller's Policy tab, original shipping costs are not refunded. United States delivery time: 2-3 weeks for all custom orders (3-5 days for ready-to-ship items)
Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: 2-3 weeks
Canada/Mexico delivery time: Does not ship to Canada; Does not ship to Mexico
International delivery time: Does not ship internationally

Average shipping costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. In the event the item you ordered was one of our larger sets, we will require that item to be returned, which the seller will cover the return shipping costs for. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Customer is in charge of return shipping costs

Handling fee: Seller does not currently charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
