European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 60 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 60 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 60 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: The Seller offers free returns for standard returns while the exchange costs are charged to the original payment method.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
