When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com immediately. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: The seller offers a 2-year return window. We're passionate about manufacturing high quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. We stand by our products and offer a warranty against material and manufacturing defects. You have up to 2 years from the time of delivery to request a free return. If you have any issues with your tool, please contact us for troubleshooting help, replacement, or refund. Products must have been used as intended and cannot show signs of physical abuse. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the product and place a new order for a replacement.
