If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: You have up to 90 days from the time of purchase to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.
Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 90 days of the order. The return label cost will be charged to the original payment method. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
