Average shipping costs: $10 flat shipping for U.S.; $20 flat shipping + $5 each additional item for Canada/Mexico; $50 flat shipping for international orders

What is your return policy?
Damages/issues: When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. You will be able to request a new item within 30 days of delivery. Upon submitting the return request, we will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of purchase to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.
Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping fees for the replacement product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return costs: For all returns, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated within the Returns Portal.
Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee
Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
