Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. What is the expiration date of your products?

Products are generally tested to be shelf-stable for 2-3 years. We generally suggest using any products within 9-12 months after purchase.

How do I mix products in my regimen?

Start with cleansing & toning first. For leave-on products, use the thinner, more liquid ones first. Then, apply the thicker ones. Water based products should generally be applied before oils or oil-based products.

Are your products organic?

We source high quality ingredients for our products, but they are not certified organic.
