Marketplace Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
  • Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
  • Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
  • Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
  • International delivery time - 7-14 business days
SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Shipping & Return Policy

  • United States delivery time: 3-5 business days
  • Canada/Mexico delivery time: Does not ship to Canada/Mexico

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: The return costs are deducted from the refund amount for standard returns

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Why We Made Military-Grade, Reef Safe Biodegradable Waterproof Sunscreen Lotion

Melissa's upbringing in the Midwest was much like a scene straight out of Tom Sawyer. She was outdoors every day, usually riding her bike down to Duck Creek, a tributary off the Mississippi River, with her friends. They would spend all day catching crawdads and bullheads, and playing in the woods around the train tracks.



As an adult, Melissa carried on her love of the outdoors after relocating to the San Diego area with her husband, Lonnie, who was in the Navy. They quickly fell in love with the outdoor culture available here and all the opportunities for adventure and exploring. Water sports not available in the Midwest like scuba diving, surfing, and paddling were now plentiful, and they took full advantage of the desert, beaches, and mountains surrounding them.



Then one day their puppy, Bodie, began licking the top of Lonnie's head. So much so that it made them take notice. This resulted in an appointment with a dermatologist, and what turned out to be Basal Cell Carcinoma.

From that point on, it was never an option to skip sunscreen. Melissa works in the health and fitness industry, and so recognized the importance of preventative care. Yet she always had a hard time finding sunscreen that felt good while in the dirt mountain biking.

Bodie finding the cancer on Lonnie's head gave her the idea to make a sunscreen for active people. But it would also need to be safe for the environment as well as the person wearing it, and not tested on animals. And that is how the concept for Kovr All Natural Sunscreen was born.
