Marketplace Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

Our Story

Sasquatch Tea was created in Fort Wayne, Indiana by 2 brother-in-laws.

Blake Noll (AKA Ratdog), a Wheaties and Budweiser kind of guy. He’s a husband, father of 2, and former special operations medic. Multiple deployments overseas had him sick and tired of lugging around an aeropress, filters, and coffee grounds. He hated the jitters that came along with it. Tea was a great alternative to get caffeine that kept him more focused and less wired.

Tom Tippmann, your classic American husband and father of 3 working 2 jobs to make ends meet. He was ready to take on the American dream and ready for a tea that kept with the premium quality and health benefits that loose leaf tea represents, but with the convenience of a tea bag.

We found out pretty quickly after finding our passion for tea that there was a huge problem! There were no tea companies that represented who we were. It was time for something BOLD and something WILD.

And with that Sasquatch Tea Company was born! Because what’s more American than tea named after a mountain man with aviators, and hand selected named after national parks. We’ll tell you what, Nothing!

Our Biggest Fan

Growing up your mom is always your biggest fan no matter what it is. They are there for you and will love and support you in all your endeavors.

Well that was our mom for you. Suzanne was a wife and mother of 8 kids. She loved every minute of it, and was called home to heaven too soon. This was just weeks after we announced to her that we were starting Sasquatch Tea Company. So although she’s not here to cheer us on in person we know she’s watching over us and will never stop being our biggest fan.
