Marketplace Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
  • Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
  • Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
  • Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
  • International delivery time - 7-14 business days
SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of purchase to request a free return. Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of the order. Handcrafted in our shop in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, our bags are made with the highest quality leather possible. For most of our designs, that means thick, rich, full-grain leather - the highest grade of leather there is. Full-grain leather has never been sanded down or processed so it retains all of its natural strength and beauty. This truly gorgeous leather also develops its own patina over time, becoming softer and more beautiful the longer you carry it.
