These popular children's wagons are made right here in Ohio using locally-sourced solid hardwoods and steel, and all parts (except the wheels) are manufactured in-house. Each Berlin Flyer Wagon is made with a solid wood bed, painted hardwood side rails that are easily removed, and an all-steel frame that is welded and powder-coated. Finally, the sturdy kid's wagon is finished with a non-toxic paint and varnish for your peace of mind. The Berlin F310 wagon comes with 10" wheels with solid rubber tires and the wagon bed (outside measurement) measures 36" x 17". Easy assembly (approximately 5-10 minutes) is required and detailed assembly instructions are included. The wagon's weight capacity is rated for up to 250 Lbs. Choose between 8 flashy colors: Red, Emerald Green, Orange, Purple, Gray, Hunter Green, Pink, and Blue.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 45 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us atsupport@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 45 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns

Handling fee: Seller does not currently charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
