Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.
Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
