SAFETY GUARANTEE POLICY

Goughnuts Safety Guarantee - If your dog chews through or damages any toy in any way, Goughnuts will replace your toy.  The "Chew Toy Safety Indicator" is a mechanism for the dog owner to see a clear indication of when to take the Goughnut from the dog. The red indicator is inside our Green, Orange and Yellow solid rings.

Goughnuts Safety Guarantee applies to all of our products, but the colored rings are the only toys that have the red indicator. (The new Heavy Duty items do not have the safety indicator but are still guaranteed)  Our rings should be used for supervised power chewing.  Our stick, ball, kanolli, kup, flynut, and tug should be considered interactive play toys versus constant or power chewing.  If any of our products are damaged please follow our Safety Guarantee Policy as a mechanism to get your dog a safe undamaged Goughnut.  Sizing is very important.  Bigger dogs need bigger diameter cross sections to help eliminate scissor like chunks that are the primary reason for intestinal blockage.  Please always be conservative and present products that exceed the width of your dogs mouth.

Free Shipping: Does not offer free shipping

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union

Damages/issues: When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction. In the event it was found that the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the return costs and reshipping costs of a new product.

Returns: If at any time your dog chews through or damages the toy in any way, we will replace your toy. There is a $20 charge to cover the return and reshipping costs. Please see the Safety Guarantee Policy tab for more details.

Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges, only product replacements per the Safety Guarantee Policy.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product, however, if you are looking to replace a product per the Safety Guarantee Policy, there is a $20 charge to cover the return and reshipping costs.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee outside of the Safety Guarantee Policy

Refunds: For order scenarios that fall under our policy, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
