Our Lounger beds are over-stuffed with a proprietary fill made from recycled plastic water bottles that gives just the right amount of support without flattening or clumping over time. We even tailor the seams with a mini-flange inspired by fine home furnishings. Sewn in a gorgeous indigo Sunbrella fabric with a distressed diamond pattern, that is soft to the touch, durable, resists moisture, and is washable. There is simply no better fabric choice for a pet bed. Each piece is made by hand in the USA and begins manufacturing the day you place your order. Thoughtfully designed with your dog and your home in mind, our Lounger bed performs as good as it looks.

We recommend measuring your sleeping pet to find the perfect bed size. Pets who curl up to sleep can fit on a smaller bed, while those who stretch out need a larger bed. To determine the ideal bed length, measure your pet in their typical sleeping position, then add 6-10” for the final bed size. When in doubt, we suggest ordering the size up. Please double check that you have chosen the correct size before placing your order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Performance Fabric. All of our fabrics are made by Sunbrella, and true to its reputation, Sunbrella stands up to whatever you can throw at it (or on it). It’s easy to clean, refuses to fade, and resists mold, mildew, and moisture. This beloved and trusted fabric maintains a soft hand even with its hardworking properties.

EASY PEASY

Removable Cover. The covers zip off and are 100% machine washable. The inside seams are serged to help with fraying, but to ensure your cover lasts it is best to wash on the delicate cycle and let it air dry. If fabric has some wrinkling, use an iron on the synthetic setting.

MAKE AN IMPACT

100% Vegan & Eco-Friendly. Our materials and manufacturing processes are environmentally conscious and cruelty-free. All of the fabric we use is made by Sunbrella, a 138-year old family owned company rooted in sustainability throughout the manufacturing of the fiber, yarn, and fabric. Our ‘leather’ labels are made of PU materials and the insert of our beds are made of a super soft proprietary fill made of recycled plastic bottles. Our orthopedic foam is CertiPur-US certified as well. Making choices to use environmentally responsible materials and manufacturing is something that is very important to us at The Houndry. Supporting businesses like ours will often cost you more, but you can rest in the knowledge that you are making an impact on our amazing planet and all the creatures in it.

Our skilled tailors take a single bed from start to finish, sewing the fabric body, the piping or flange details, zippers, and finally our branded label. We all strive to make our homes beautiful, a reflection of us and our personal style. Other pet beds out there don’t cut it. All of our fabrics are selected by Samantha, our resident designer, who knows how important the design of your home is. She curates the fabrics we use to not only be beautiful, but to touch on the current trends in the home decor market.
