European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union

Damages/issues: When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. Please use the Return Portal within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 7 days. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: All sales are final. We only accept returns for products that are damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Should you encounter either of these issues, please use the Return Portal to start the approval process. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges: Please use the Return Portal within 7 days of receipt to begin the exchange process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Return costs are only applied for exchanges that were requested within 7 days of receipt and due to no error by Become Spellbound.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
