Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns: You have up to 15 days from the time of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.
