Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping fees for the replacement product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return costs: Seller offers free returns for standard returns and damaged or incorrectly shipped product. For returns or exchanges that were not due to the error of BBH, the return and exchange shipping costs will be calculated within the Returns Portal.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days of the product being received at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We've decided that it's time to put in our "two stitches" and throw our moccasin into the ring.

At Bare Bones Handsewn we are focused on quality shoemaking, we are humble, yet proud of our trade and want to show you what Maine shoemaking can be. Together our team has over 400 years of shoemaking experience. We are Mainers, we were born here, and it is where we are lucky enough to raise our children. We learned our traditional craft from our families who passed down these treasured skills through the generations. Our team consists of 10-15 craftspeople, and your purchase goes directly to supporting each one of those families.
