What If the Custom Furniture Timeline Doesn’t Fit My Project?

If your project timeline doesn’t align with our custom build lead times, we completely understand—timing is an important part of any renovation or home project.

Some customers choose to install a temporary vanity or cabinet from a local retail store while they wait for their custom piece to be completed. Once their custom vanity or furniture is ready, they simply replace the temporary option and resell it locally to recover some of the cost.

This approach allows you to stay on schedule while still investing in a high-quality, made-to-order custom piece that’s built to last.

What Are My Countertop Options for a Custom Vanity or Cabinet?

We currently do not sell or ship stone countertops, concrete countertops, or sinks with our custom pieces. Due to their weight and fragility, these materials are best sourced and installed locally.

However, we do offer an optional solid wood countertop that is custom-matched to your piece. This option provides a cohesive look, is more affordable, and works beautifully for many customers seeking a fully integrated design.

If you prefer a stone or concrete countertop, we recommend working with a local countertop fabricator. They will measure, fabricate, and install your countertop and sink directly on-site to ensure a perfect fit.

Many of our customers choose this route, and the process is typically smooth, efficient, and easy to coordinate alongside your custom furniture delivery.

What Wood Species Do You Offer for Custom Furniture?

We offer a selection of high-quality wood species for our custom furniture, including northeastern white pine, white oak, knotty alder, maple, and poplar—each chosen for its durability, grain character, and overall beauty.

Looking for something specific? We can source a wide range of additional custom wood species upon request, giving you flexibility to match your exact design vision and style.

Do You Offer Custom Orders or Expedited Build Timelines?

Yes—we gladly accept custom furniture orders and can often accommodate expedited timelines depending on your project needs and current production schedule.

If you’re working with a specific deadline, please reach out with your project details and desired timeline. Our team will review your request and respond promptly with availability, options, and next steps.

Do Your Cabinets and Drawers Feature Soft-Close Hardware?

Yes—all of our custom cabinets are built with soft-close door hinges and drawer slides. This ensures smooth, quiet operation while preventing slamming, helping to protect the integrity and longevity of your cabinetry.

What Happens If My Custom Furniture Is Damaged During Shipping?

We take extra care to ensure your custom furniture arrives safely. Every piece is secured in a fully enclosed wooden crate, shrink-wrapped, and protected with over 1 inch of foam to prevent damage during transit. This packaging process results in a 99.9% successful delivery rate.

In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping, damage is usually visible on the crate upon delivery. If you notice any issues, we recommend either rejecting the shipment or opening the crate with the carrier present to inspect the item.

If damage is confirmed, the carrier will return the piece to us, and we will prioritize a fast resolution—either repairing or rebuilding your item to ensure it meets our quality standards. Our goal is simple: your piece arrives in perfect condition, and if not, we’ll make it right.

Where Can I View Available Stain Color Options for Custom Furniture?

You can easily explore all available stain color options directly on each product or design listing page. Simply use the drop-down menu to preview and select the finish that best matches your style and space.

What Happens After I Place My Custom Furniture Order?

Once your order is placed, your custom furniture build is officially scheduled and your spot in our production queue is secured. We begin planning materials and inventory right away, and construction on your made-to-order piece typically starts within a few days.

Our team takes great pride in crafting each piece with precision and care to ensure the highest quality.

As your order nears completion, our shipping partner will contact you approximately 24 hours before delivery to schedule a convenient drop-off time.

Because each item is built to order, there may be limited communication between purchase and delivery—but our team is always available to answer questions or provide updates at any point along the way.

We truly appreciate your support and are honored to build something special for your home.

Do You Sell Stone Countertops or Sinks with Your Custom Furniture?

We do not currently offer stone countertops, concrete countertops, or sinks with our custom furniture due to their weight and fragility during shipping.

However, we do provide the option to add a solid wood countertop that is custom-matched to your piece. This is a popular choice for customers looking for a cohesive, durable, and beautifully finished design.

If you prefer a stone or concrete countertop, we recommend sourcing it from a local countertop fabricator. They will measure, fabricate, and professionally install your countertop and sink on-site to ensure a precise fit.

Many of our customers choose this approach, and it is typically a smooth, straightforward process that pairs well with our custom-built furniture.
