Marketplace Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
  • Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
  • Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
  • Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
  • International delivery time - 7-14 business days
SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

RETURNS

Each seller and vendor has a unique policy as it pertains to their business and products. Because of this, each shipping and return policy will be mentioned under the Seller's Policy tab on the product page. Seller's Policy

Group 3: Assembled in the USA: These products contain a higher percentage of imported ingredients and components, but the final product and assembly was produced on American soil.

Shipping & Return Policy

  • United States delivery time: 2-3 weeks as each item is made to order
  • Canada delivery time: 3-4 weeks as each item is made to order
  • International delivery time: Does not ship internationally

Average shipping costs: $8 flat rate in U.S. / $16 flat rate in Canada

Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $300 (U.S. only)

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Does not currently ship to the European Union

Damages/issues: When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. Please use the Return Portal within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 7 days. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: All sales are final. We only accept returns for products that are damaged or have been shipped incorrectly. Should you encounter either of these issues, please use the Return Portal to start the approval process. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges: Please use the Return Portal within 7 days of receipt to begin the exchange process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return costs: There are no return costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped product. Return costs are only applied for exchanges that were requested within 7 days of receipt and due to no error by Become Spellbound.

Handling fee: We currently do not charge a handling fee

Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after the receipt of the returned product is confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I feel so much magic in connecting with a piece of nature in the form of a naturally shed antler, an ancient and mind-blowing Megalodon fossil tooth, a few feathers tickling my neck.  These serve as a reminder that we are a part of a huge and beautiful world, full creatures who all have lessons to teach us, but also that life is fleeting, and achingly lovely in its impermanence.  We benefit from feeling connected through space and time, across the animal and crystal kingdom, and to one another.  I hope to inspire you to feel at once so powerful as to move mountains, and at the same time, the incredible smallness in-relation-to and fleetingness of it all.  This is what "Become Spellbound" means to me.  Love, Empowerment, Connection, Curiosity and above all Awe and Wonder!
