DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
International delivery time - 7-14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of the order. For your convenience, there is no need to return the original damaged or incorrectly shipped item; you may safely dispose of it once you've received approval from our team. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the return process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: You have up to 30 days from the time of purchase to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: At the moment, we do not provide the option for exchanges
