DELIVERY & SHIPPING
  • Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
  • Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
  • Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
  • International delivery time - 7-14 business days
SHIPPING COSTS

Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. Due to the nature and weight of these products, please reach out to us at support@apollolanding.com to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return an item, for mattresses you have up to 365 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. For pillows, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a free return. You get a 100% refund on your mattress if you are not satisfied, no hidden fees or return shipping charges.

If after trying the Aslan GEL memory foam mattress for 50 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will begin the return process.

We don’t accept RMA requests until after a full 50 day trial. Measure your bed frame, foundation, platform, or adjustable bed to make sure you are ordering the correct size. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses.

Aslan reserves the right to not sell a mattress to a customer who has previously returned. Aslan reserves the right not to sell a mattress to anyone for any reason. One mattress return per customer. No comfort exchanges. Don't ask, we will say no. If you are unsure which mattress to get fill out this survey and we will help you pick: Which Aslan is right for me?

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. If you would like a different item, you can return the product within our Returns Portal and place a new order for your desired replacement. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
