European Union 14 day cooling off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages/issues: For any item(s) received damaged or incorrectly, we will replace that item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The Seller covers both the return and replacement shipping costs. When requesting the approval through the Returns Portal, please include photos of the item and of the packaging material. Please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the process. When your order arrives, it's important to check it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to use Apollo's Return Portal or contact us at support@apollolanding.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns: If for any reason you decide to return the item, you have up to 30 days from the time of delivery to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use Apollo's Returns Portal to initiate the return.

Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange your item, please use Apollo's Return Portal to initiate the exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the exchange in our Returns Portal. The Seller will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. When processing an exchange, our Returns Portal only permits exchanges for the same item at the same price but in a different variant (e.g.: exchanging the same shirt in size Medium for a size Large). The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We launched our online store in 2020 during the pandemic when Ciao Bella's wholesale manufacturing and distribution came to a sudden halt. Michelle Marie kept busy creating customized puzzles, ornaments and gifts with meaning.

Michelle Marie was excited to be asked to participate in the 2022 Oscar & Grammy gifting suite for nominees. We took a new charitable line of products that brings awareness to glioblastoma brain cancer and raises money for families effected by brain cancer and for research into new treatments. This is a cause that is dear to Michelle, as she lost her husband to brain cancer in 2020.
