The Bitterroot Valley south of Missoula, Montana is a place of towering craggy peaks and deep canyons that are well known for their ruggedness. The Lewis and Clark expedition crossed this range in 1805 with noted difficulty. Norman Maclean became an outdoorsman and cut his literary teeth in the same wilderness. Today, the rich valley that sits under these mountains supports a wide range of agricultural endeavor. Notable among them are the small apple orchards that produce high quality fruit.

\nWe make this shrub by macerating raw shredded Bitterroot apples with raw Montana knapweed honey, pressing the maceration to get a syrup, and then adding raw, whole cinnamon sticks, raw apple cider vinegar and a bit of water. There are no added preservatives or stabilizers.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
- Due to the nature of our marketplace and the majority of our products coming from independent sellers and vendors, each delivery window and shipping fee will vary from seller to seller. The "Estimated Delivery" dates on each product page represents the delivery window for that specific product. With this in mind, the below provides an average delivery time across the Apollo Marketplace.
- Continental U.S. delivery time - 2-5 days
- Canada delivery time - 7-10 days
- International delivery time - 7-14 business days
SHIPPING COSTS
Upon finalizing your purchase, the shipping fees are calculated by aggregating the individual rates set by each seller for their products. For instance, if one of your selected items has a shipping fee of $5 from Seller 1, and another item incurs a $6 charge from Seller 2, your combined shipping total at checkout will be $11. However, should your order from any individual seller meet their stipulated free shipping threshold, the shipping fee attributed to that seller's items will be waived, therefore reducing your overall shipping costs at the time of checkout.
