What is an armpit detox and why do I need it?

An armpit detox is a process of cleansing and rejuvenating the underarm area to remove built-up toxins and residue from conventional antiperspirants. It involves using natural ingredients to draw out impurities and support the body's natural detoxification processes. People choose to do an armpit detox for several reasons:

1. Transitioning to natural deodorant
2. Odor control
3. Skin sensitivity
4. Enhanced effectiveness

We recommend grabbing our detox mix and detoxing to help speed up the transition phase, which can last a few days to a few weeks. During this phase people tend to sweat and smell more, because their body is releasing the build-up from aluminum based products.

Will natural deodorant stain my clothes?

Natural deodorants are generally less likely to cause yellow stains on clothing since they do not contain aluminum. However, some natural ingredients like oils or plant extracts may leave slight residue on fabric. To minimize any potential staining, allow the deodorant to fully dry before dressing and consider wearing breathable, natural fiber clothing.

What’s the difference between antiperspirants and deodorants?

Antiperspirants are designed to reduce sweat production. They contain aluminum-based compounds that form a temporary plug in the sweat ducts, limiting the amount of sweat that reaches the skin's surface. Deodorants primarily work by masking odor. They do not control sweat production but focus on minimizing the smell associated with sweating. But, OUR deodorant includes natural ingredients to both neutralize odor and absorb moisture.

Why does it cost $15?

Our deodorants contain high-quality, natural, and organic ingredients that are carefully sourced and manufactured, in small batches, by hand. Yes, there is a human, not a machine, behind every product we sell! Also, our deodorant is long lasting! Not just in keeping you fresh throughout your day, but the actual stick can last an average of 5-6 months! Most of our customers only need to purchase twice a year. Unlike conventional deodorants/antiperspirants that last an average of about 3 months.

Can my children use it?

Yup! Our youngest customer is 9!
